Tiffany's Pizza

Had a set delivery for 630 ordered a couple hours in advance. Didn’t receive the order until 720 after calling right after 7 with them saying “they just walked out the door with it” ok fine it’s busy I’m not too mad. Until i open the mozzarella bread and take a bite and it is entirely raw dough in the middle. Open the pizza and it’s burnt. Obviously if there was issues at the restaurant i understand but communication seems to be a good idea. I’d understand if you forgot or whatever but sending raw food isn’t the answer. Super disappointed and I’ll just travel for my pizza from now on.

We ordered delivery and the food we received was the wrong order. We called to fix the issue and the lady on the phone told us we put in the wrong order. We've been ordering from here for years and haven't had an issue before so we thought the website must have messed up somehow because it was not what we ordered at all. She offered nothing and frankly quite rude on the phone with us. I told her that we order form there all the time so their reaction was very disappointing and we would no longer go there, there are other pizza places in town. Then we tried the pizza and it wasn't cooked all the way, still very doughy and just gross. Went and picked up a little Caesars down the street and it was better. They lost our business.
