While one of the better places to eat in Monroe,it is easily the worst Longhorns to eat at. After months of eating at LH's Bethlehem,Athens and Snellville , I decided to order Chicken Parm in Monroe and got shoe leather flavored chicken. Zero quality control. There has been a noticable growing Monroe regular crowd at the other locations recently. Worth the drive to find better food quality. The picture is of large portion if Chicken Parm, over cooked and partially covered in cheese.

Ordered several meals for curbside pickup at the Monroe location. A 9 piece chicken tender dinner was one of my orders. They decided to give me 6 chicken tenders instead and I will add the chicken tenders were so small that they looked like they were from the kids menu. I went in to have my order corrected and waited several minutes for someone to acknowledge me. No one did and the host acted as if she did not see me standing in front of her. I had to call out to her. I handed the host my receipt as well as showed her the meal and she sent me over to the bar. The young lady at the bar took the receipt and then proceeded to ask me if the receipt belonged to me. Who else would the receipt belong to?? Do she think I snatched the receipt and the food from someone in the parking lot? Horrible service. However, my steak was cooked perfectly. That’s not enough for me to want to go back. I much rather drive to a different location. One that will get orders correct and treat their customers like valued customers. Being a new resident in Monroe, I’m finding it’s so hard to find good customer service here. Spending that $80 was supposed to be a nice treat for my family, instead it turned out to be a huge disappointment and a horrible experience.

Absolutely stunning service at this location! I've never been in a restaurant that utilized teamwork to service the customers the way that this one did. I can't praise them enough! The true star of this location however is Peaches. Make sure to ask for him when you visit, his service has no compare.
