Such great customer service I just ordered a bunch of sandwiches for some wrestlers and chase and cricket were so awesome they took my little order note and made all the sandwiches while I ate mine! They even took time to write everyone's name on their sandwiches 💖

Food was good, and the 3 teenagers working the night of 9/21 were all friendly and professional. But they were all show as molasses. There was no sense of urgency or speed of service. 6 people in line in front of us when we came in, and altogether it was almost an hour before we ordered and received our food.

The sandwiches are delicious, staff is courteous, helpful, and friendly. I have a picky eater at my house and staff is always very nice about accommodating strange requests for sandwiches. Much appreciated. They are also nice about accommodating me even when I show up at the last minute to get food. Thanks, and I appreciate all of you!

Not sure how the bread was so dry today if they supposedly make it fresh every day. Asked for microwaved, cheese was actually .cold. must do better Monroe Subway.

Was in store 5/3 2 men working counter. I asked how many sliders he said we arent doing sliders then he said there is a list of things were not doing. He argued with me and I said he was rude and I was leaving and he said never come back. He is our countries future. Help us !!! His manager will be notified. This was around noon. I called the District manager and he was wonderful and does care about his customers. Thanks Tom!!!

Placed an order online and walked in to see if we could pick it up sooner than the 20 minute wait it gave us. There was no one else in line and no other order being filled, yet the lady made us wait the full 20 minutes. Not such great customer service. Was the first and last time we will eat at this Subway.
