Zaxby's

We just ate here for lunch. This is by far the nastiest Zaxby's I have ever seen. We ate there at 11 am so we were the first people. It was for sure they did no night cleaning at the end of the day. The seat were not wiped off, dead flies in the window sills, old food and hairs on top of the wood work, windows dirty, black around the edge of floors corners, wife said bathrooms were nasty, Concrete at the door way and outside eating looked black it was so dirty, trash all around the parking lot, very cold inside. Owner needs to get more involved with the details. I know I will never eat there again. I don't write many reviews, but this place is nasty.

Their could possibly be the worst Zaxby’s in their entire chain. I get it. COVID-19.... The new norm.... but take a good look at “ The other chicken restaurant that’s closed on Sunday “ They have it figured out. Thought I would give them another try (Mistake) take out order was ready 45 minutes after it was supposed to be done. I’m sure it’s gonna be great when I get home. Merry Christmas.

I have gone here way too many times because my son loves it. No matter what day or what time of day you go, you WILL spend 30 to 45 minutes in the drive thru. Getting Zaxby's is really something to plan a couple hours for out of your day. Not fast food by any stretch of the imagination. Another part of my soul dies every time I pull into the drive thru line wrapping 1.5 times around the building. Sometimes I almost call 911 to rescue me but then a car gets their food, and I have a crumb of hope for my future again.
