The staff here is beyond friendly, fun, caring, and amazing! We are just visiting the area and wanted some sandwiches to take back to our hotel room. Our sandwiches were delicious. But for real 5 stars for the staff! I wish I could give one million stars. Thank y’all for making us laugh, and for caring about our food! ❤️

The guy checking us out was VERY RUDE. I asked for sweet tea. He charged me and when I told him they were out, he ignored me, I asked for my money back he said can't do it get something else, just a rude person, wish I could give a negative star for someone that acted as if he didn't even want to be at work and for being a very rude person

HORRIBLE!! the workers were very rude to me and my mom! my mom asked if they had tea and he just looked at her and ignored her at first and then she asked again and he said they didn’t have any even though my mom said that she wanted TEA when she was ordering and he didn’t say anything about it so my mom asked if she could get her money back and then he just said there’s tea bottles but she didn’t want to pay even more for a bottle of tea. the worker also seemed like he didn’t want to work there at all, he was very quiet and just dead and rude. also the cookies are cold and stale like they’ve been sitting there for like a week. never coming here again! i hope that worker gets fired!

I ordered a deluxe black forest ham and provolone foot long and it only has maybe 9 slices of very thin ham 4 half slices of provolone and 3 slices of tomato. Every sub I buy I get deluxe and have been very happy. This time not happy I will go to the hilltop subway for now on. When I get food and drive 9 miles home and find out I didn't get what I ordered but paid the price I don't like that. A regular sub gets 8 slices of ham, 4 half slices of cheese, 4 slices of tomato. Deluxe is 16 slices of ham, 8 slices of cheese and 6 slices of tomato. Only 2 stars and also two 👎👎.worst sub ever.

Subway is always closed, pay your employees enough wage to keep them wanting to work for you!!!! This is ridiculous how often all three locations in my area are constantly closed due to lack of employees. The starting pay I'm told by employees that do show up for work is $8-9 per hour. IT'S NO WONDER YOU CAN'T KEEP EMPLOYEES AT THAT RATE. CHARGE MORE FOR THE FOOD, PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES ENOUGH AND STAY OPEN!!
