Dunkin'

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been too. Their customer service is so bad and they are very rude. They mess up on the orders Everytime I go their and they never want to fix it. I was even told one time it’s a loss on them to remake the drink for me. If you mess up on my order it should be remade and with no problem. I had multiple drinks I was picking up and I asked for a bag and the associate REFUSED to give me a bag and gave me an attitude I asked what her name was and she REFUSE to give me her name. I asked her fellow coworker and his name is Gabriel what her name was and he REFUSED to give me her name as well. I will never go to this location again and it’s a shame because i honestly order from them almost everyday and I will never ever go to this location again.

I pick up the office order at this location every morning. The people who work here are dedicated and always very friendly and accommodating. Sometimes it gets crowded and they don't let it get to them. They're always great service but I had to give a review after my last experience where a server went above and beyond for me. They had ran out of the new apple cider donuts and I'd ordered one through the app. She apologized profusely and said she could hold the receipt for me and I could pick up the donut tomorrow. I came in the next day to find she had saved me TWO donuts! She apologized for the inconvenience again on my way out. That's some A1 customer service!
