Pizza Hut

Was trying to order a Pizza and Texas style cheese bread with 6 sauces total. After ordering I received a text saying Door Dash was delivering our food and the 1/2 hour delivery time turned into an hour. The driver was professional but didn't have a receipt, paid cash and a tip whichhe deserved. I asked if all the sauces were in the boxes, he said they should be. The bread was not what I had ordered and 4 sauces were missing. Upon calling in I was hung up on. I just wanted to let them know that I was missing items and the bread needed corrected. Definitely not happy/satisfied. Was not worth the $38.15 I had to pay. Please do not tell customers that the food will arrive at a time when isn't correct. And let them also know that a Pizza Hut representative will not be delivering the food in a proper heating bag. Not very professional.

This was our first time trying this location, our food was all correct and properly made in a timely fashion. The only negative I would say is the prices seem a bit higher at this location than others that we use but there could be a reason for that so we overlooked it. Pizza was great, my husband and daugter liked the wings and the cookie was fresh.

MONROE HAS OTHER PIZZA OPTIONS THAT ARE MUCH BETTER THAN THIS. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering. I figured "all pizza hut's must be the same." No. Everything had a stale taste to it. My kids don't even like it. The bread was weird, pizza was weird, wings were OK unfortunately we only ordered 8 because they were the best tasting thing we had. I'm not a Karen, so I'm not going to call and complain or try to get a refund... But just know that I'll never order from there again. I live 5 minutes away and it took an hour to get here, none of it tasted even close to fresh. I could have gotten way better food from just about anywhere else. Waste of 50 bucks. Edit: I wanted to add that I used to work at a pizza hut (not here in Monroe) so I know what the quality SHOULD be.

Worst service! Ordered online, paid and even gave a tip for delivery. 35 mins later no pizza. I call and they say it is being made. 30-ish minute later...still no pizza. We call and they ask if it's delivery or pick up. The order is clearly delivery and has been sitting there foe about 30 mins. Mind you that when I called earlier they didn't ask if we were picking up or expecting delivery (which should have been delivery based on our order). I asked for refund since we were not eating old, reheated pizza...nope they don't do refunds. Never again will I order from here, or Amy other Pizza Hut. Poor customer service service, is that what they are training their employees?

Everybody seems a little tired. Ordered a few items to my pizza some of the items only covered 3/4 of the pie lol I think everybody's a little off their game. Not sure what to make of the whole thing. Pizza was not cooked well. I have eaten Pizza Hut money at times and thanks just went right took the pizza home and cook it for another 10 minutes yay

Greeted well and order was ready upon arrival. Good there. Ordered wings, their new Detroit style, bread sticks, a cheese pizza and chicken Alfredo. The Alfredo was good, the kids liked it. The chicken of the wings were very good, sauce was clumped into the container and spread about very little. The cheese pizza was slightly over cooked, but still good. The bread sticks tasted as if they weren’t made from fresh dough. My wife and I were excited to try the Detroit style in hopes it was a close comparison to Buddy’s Detroiter. Nope. Not close. It was a deep dish with gobs of sauce dumped on top. We should have stuck with the pan or stuffed crust.

This is the worst location. They give you cold food and I put extra sauce EVERY single time and pizza comes out with no sauce at all. They make horrible food and all young punks who don’t care at all. Manager is horrible and doesn’t care at all. If you want complete disappointment this is your place.
