Jack In The Box

Being on the road all day we stopped in and had the breakfast. It consisted of scrambled eggs, pancakes, and I think they were called hashbrowns. It was okay for a fast food place. It wasn't expensive and tasted okay. Would have been better if there was butter but we didn't ask for any and we didn't see any on the table or counter. It is possible they had it but you had to ask. It did come with a generous portion of syrup. We normally do not eat fast food but had an unexpected trip and fast food was all we saw. If we ever have to do the trip again, I would stop and order it again. It sure beats the other fast food places around.

Always great service here, we had a very polite cashier that took our order and handled our food. Our food was hot and fresh and the wait was not terrible. We got a burger and some jalapeño poppers and it was delicious. This place has some very consistent service even though we don't go often we're never disappointed. Thank you guys so much!

Great fast food joint with friendly service, a varied menu of snack options, and all of it is delicious and greasy goodness at a family friendly price. I believe this is currently the Eastern most US location, and it was great for a lunch stop on a long road trip. Food was hot and ready to eat, restaurant and bath rooms were clean. Only downside was the one single use drink dispenser with a long line. They could definitely use a 2nd machine here.

Ordered a cheese fry with bacon and 2 Jack spicy chicken sandwiches. Simple enough right! you would think so….well the order screen showed 2 of the $1 chicken sandwiches which are not even close to the same as the Jack spicy. I corrected the order taker and then was told to pull to the window. Got my order and made the mistake of not checking the bag before I pulled off. Well the order was wrong and I got 2 of the $1 menu chicken sandwiches. I went back in line and pulled back up to the window. I told them about the issue and they stood there and had no idea what to do. I told them I wanted 2 of the Jack spicy because I don’t like the cheap $1 menu ones. I told them I didn’t mind keeping what they gave me and then paying for what I ordered and that it was not a big issue. They left the window and walked around unsure of what to do. The girl then came back and asked if I would give them back the 2 - $1 menu chicken sandwiches. I told them never mind and drove off. I was not going to return food for someone else to get. That is disgusting and not sanitary. I have never seen something so simple be so complicated. I ate the cheap chicken sandwiches and they tasted like they were heated up in the microwave. And when I got to the cheese fries they had jalapeños which I did not ask for. Whoever is taking the orders on 04/09/2022 around midnight at the 1600 E Roosevelt Blvd in Monroe, NC needs retraining and to learn people skills.

Just got off a 13 hour shift and drove 15 minutes out the way because it is one for the few things open at 3 or 4am. As soon as I arrive at the speaker, I'm greeted with "we are not taking orders at the moment". This place is advertised as 24hrs, and the place wasn't closed. I was too tired to argue, I just drove off. They have just lost my business. The sad part is, I was returning from the night before because I had a very pleasant experience.
