Panda Express

Walked in no greeting and nobody in line. I got ignored for 5 mins and I asked if anyone was going to say anything and they just looked at me and the manager in black shirt as well didn’t care at all. Whoever owns this franchise I hope you read this and how much of a horrible experience I had today and to any customer seconding to eat here be prepared for rude staff. A customer shouldn’t have to go through that. I was still kind and friendly too but felt the need to write this review.

Been going here for almost 2 years and have seen the quality of the food just go downhill I had a piece of cabbage from the chow Mein that was barely chopped and had so much in it, plus I ordered honey walnut shrimp and the shrimp wasn’t even peeled and the beef broccoli was over cooked and almost burnt in some places. Idk what has happened but I will not be going back for a while.

I stopped in to order a quick dinner. I order a plate with teriyaki chicken, beef and broccoli and chow mein noodles. My bed with broccoli should have been called broccoli. Not even one piece of beef. Food tasted as if it had been sitting for a while. Spring rolls and chow mein noodles were so dried out and flavorless. Very disappointed.

Worst service ever! Attempted to place an order inside the restaurant. They were out of the entree item I wanted so we would need to wait. In the meantime, attempted to place husbands order- told to wait again to make sure it’s fresh and hot. Once the entree I wanted was ready, they no longer had the item my husband wanted as the staff running the drive thru were filling up cartons for those who arrived after us. When the person waiting on us attempted to reallocate from a waiting drive thru order, he was told they take priority. When he asked if that’s the case when we’ve been waiting, he was rudely told again we were not the priority! This is the second time something like this has happened to us and no resolution was offered either time. If you enjoy waiting while everyone else is a priority and ultimately leaving empty handed, visit this establishment! What a great customer service experience McDonalds provided following this!

Update: I brought my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars because I had to wait for the person serving me to stop scrolling through her phone. Also... There was an upcharge of 1.50 for shrimp... Which I only got 5 pieces of. I also had to go back for sweet and sour sauce for my spring rolls (they usually give it to me automatically, or at least ask if I need it) The food was nice and fresh.. Delicious as well, but if you're craving egg rolls and cream cheese wontons I would go somewhere else, they just didn't hit the spot for me. I must say, the staff is very friendly and offered samples which is always a plus!

Being a commercial truck driver, unable to go thru the order drive thru, was turned away after explaining the walk to the window. Still denied service, and the lobby was closed due to under staffing, I had to squeeze my truck and trailer into the in necessary drive thru.. When asked to speak to the Supervisor over her, She’s on vacation!!!! Thanks for the extra donation of customer service not available!!!
