Can I just say how amazing this Wendy’s location has become?! 10/10. Superenergetic and wonderful staff. They make you laugh from the moment they greet you at the speaker. Never have an issue anymore. I remember coming here a few years ago, and things were totally different. Back then, everyone was miserable and rushed you along. Not anymore! We love to see it!! Oh also, thanks to the staff member who recommended the “$2 free frosty for a year with purchase key tag”. I use it every time now! :)

It was actually really good! I got a $5 meal with a chicken sandwich and it was tasty! Fresh and a nice slice of bacon. Looked and tasted like somebody cared. Young man at window was sweet and very friendly.

So my wife went to pick up food for our family the bill ended up being $50 she noticed they messed up so she went back to the window And realized they forgot my daughter's whole meal And they literally were asking her to give back a drink she had the correct amount of drinks that she paid for completely unacceptable not only was our food cold and frosty's melted they tried to take back one of the drinks instead of fixing the order garbage service FAIL. Have any of you heard of customer service before you all need more training. Even if you did by accident give an extra drink the sheer inconvenience of of having to go back through line because you forgot a whole meal it's completely ridiculous that should have been the last thing on your mind fixing that order should have been the 1st thing.

Not a very good experience today. We had a small order , but most of it needed to be corrected. I was surprised, because normally the accuracy is pretty good. They did fix the mistakes, and I appreciate that. It just took awhile, and neither the store or drive-thru wasn't busy.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Every one makes mistakes but, this crew are consistant masters at it. Couldn't get an order right if you held their hands. If you can't grasp the concept of NO pickle or know the difference between beef and chicken, find something else to do with your life.

Placed order 4 for 4s all same and fish sandwich told me 4 minutes because they make the fish fresh after 10 minutes they brought my food fries were cold they forgot my chili and no straws for sodas or spoon for chili went in and they replaced fries. Sandwiches were cold also ..Terrible experience

I like their breakfast. Overall good experience at the location once in a while the humans miss something from an order, but they'll fix it without hesitation.
The floors are gross though. Not that I eat off the floors, but we feet makes the floor feel greasy.
Not a big fan that they no longer wear masks, but they didn't wear them correctly when they had to.
