I ordered a baby shower cake from here because I love their pastries, donuts, cakes etc and it took me a month to make this review because the cake was good but i kept looking at the cakes on the website and the cake I got that looked like my 14 yr could have done better , first off it was for a baby girl The cake was BLUE , it was supposed to be the pink care bear, the care bear was drawn on with black frosting (not cute fondant)by the time I got it to the shower the clouds were falling off the cake frosting melting (in February) I paid $90 for this cake I was so disappointed and embarrassed when I took the cake because that was part of my neices gift as well , I should have not paid for the cake but I had to have the cake to the shower by 1 pm n pick up was at 11 am it was also supposed to be a 2 tier cake it was 2 cakes the same size on top of each other I could go on n on but I think you get my point :(

Ordered my daughters marshmallow birthday cake here. Expressed how important it was that I had it done exactly like it showed in the picture. Not too hard for anyone that knows who DJ Marshmallow is. Just a white round cake with black eyes an mouth. I told them that it had to be fondant for the black eyes an mouth, the lady I placed my order with told me there wouldn't be a problem. However she never wrote it down on the order form. I didn't realize this till I was already on my way home, so I call them to make sure it got wrote down on my order. The lady told me she would do it right away so I let it go. My mother called and paid for the cake the day before I was picking it up when my mother told me what she paid I knew right away the cake wasn't going to be right so I call there and ask them about it. They then told me they spoke to someone about cake the day before an let them know they didn't have the fondant. I NEVER received or called and talked to anyone regarding my cake. So I was upset and told them the cakes already paid for so I guess I get whatever you make. I pick my cake up and there's he's all in the frosting g and the 2 eyes don't even match if I could post pictures I would.
