Wingstop

I am sitting in my car outside of this "establishment" in utter disbelief! To cut to the chase, my husband ordered a 10-piece combo. He likes them very well done. We reiterated that over the phone when we placed the order. When the wings came out and were not well done, he sent them back. When the waitress returned the second time, the wings were now in a different box and the paper underneath was greasy. The wings were still not crisp. They looked as if they had been re-submerged in grease. He decided rather than bother them again to just get a refund and go somewhere else. The waitress took the bag back inside and then a young man who identified himself as Logan approached the car. We assumed he was the manager coming to apologize. Wrong! After we explained the situation we were told "I'm sorry but I'm not going to be able to refund you! We assured him them that nothing had been kept or removed from the bag. We simply weren't satisfied and wanted a refund instead of the food. Long story short, we were ultimately refused that basic customer service! He tried to tell us that we had to keep the food we didn't want until my husband asserted that he would not dispose of the restaurant's trash in addition to being charged for something that for him was not edible. To make matters worse, he refused to give us contact information for his superior. I feel like I was robbed!

Ordered a carry out order & was said to be 15-21 mins... 30 mins passed by nothing so I tell them to check my order & gave them my name. They ended up forgetting & I waited a whole hour for some food that came out cold & soggy. Horrible customer service, no communication skills , this place is trash. Point blank period. This place gives Wingstop a bad name.

Wingstop was my favorite place to eat. The hot wings were the best. Not anymore. I have to beg for hot sauce when I place my order and I still receive dry hot wings. Who wants to eat sauceless hot wings? Why did you start slacking on the sauce? I'll be testing out other places for hot wings to find my new favorite place. No more dry hot wings for me.
