11-21-19 lunchtime. Wow what a run down location. I posted 22 pictures. Words can’t explain how this location looked. The restaurant felt extremely dirty and run down. The food did not taste fresh. The bread felt stiff, the fries were soggy the shake was runny. I would never return to this location. Dave Thomas would be so disappointed if he saw this location. The Windys corporation must not have a liaison working in this area. I have posting reviews at many Windys locations. Please check the rest of my views to see how the other locations compared to this one.

Good customer isn’t common now days, with that being said I do my best to compliment anyone who displays good customer service. I decided to purchase dinner as it was convenient for me on that party. As I placed my order I noticed that the young lady was not only patient but pleasant. I proceeded to the second window, she greeted me with a smile. I asked for her manager, she deserved to be recognized. When the manager approach I explain what great service I received. She appreciated the young lady, smiled and thanked me. I couldn’t believe how polite they were. Thank you Nacoia and Christal you guys are awesome.
