Subway

Not only is their food always fresh, delicious, and their employees very nice, but today I dropped my phone unknowingly outside their restaurant, and someone turned it in to them, so when we called my phone, they answered it to let us know they'd have it waiting for me. I was extremely grateful they were kind enough to hold onto it for me, and keep it safe till I picked it up! Thank you Subway staff! You girls rock!🙏🏽❤️

Customer service is the worst of any of the Subways I’ve been to. The lady there, she seems like the owner has a bad attitude towards customers. They forget they are still in business because of customers. They also make the sloppiest sandwiches and no attention to detail. I ordered a Coke and she gave me a Diet Coke when I specifically asked for a regular Coke. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this place again.

I usually do not write bad reviews as I believe everyone deserves a chance to make it right. My foot long had very little vegetables. I asked the associate about the quantity and she responded “some people don’t want a lot of vegetables “. She did give a bit more, however my sandwich is meat and bread with hardly any produce. I’ll chalk this up to training . I usually have great service at the Oakdale location , however they were short on bread .

We love ❤ our Floyd Ave. Subway! They know what my daughter wants before we walk in the door and they start getting her bread ready as soon as they see her. I'm sure she is their #1 customer. 😂 She's only 9 and orders her sandwiches by herself; and the employees there are respectful, polite & patient! Her Spicy Italian is always made to her specifications and served with the best customer service! Thank you!
