I brought my Toyota to Milltowne due to a front end collision - Can I say not my fault ? (Brake assist seemed to take over and slow my braking). My insurance company referred this shop. There was a short delay in getting in parts from Toyota - but once they arrived the work commenced and was completed promptly. Kelly at reception responded quickly to emails / questions. The Toyota feels and looks brand new. A reliable place to go for unfortunate situations !

I have been coming to Miltowne whenever needed for over 12 years for both body work and painting of certain pieces whenever I am doing special projects on my cars. I adore the owner who’s always very kind, warm, responsive, and remembers me, which I really appreciate. I strongly recommend Miltowne to people who want good quality work. If you’re shopping on price alone or plan to grind on pricing, go somewhere else so you don’t annoy them because they’re busy and busy for good reasons. Their paint blending and painting of my weird and tricky body parts over the years have always turned out excellent, which speaks to the team’s fine attention to detail, good processes and high quality materials. I had gotten into an accident and our car was brought to Miltowne Collison. Though the ordeal as a whole was stressful (nothing to do with them, just because it was an accident) Kelly and Ryan were wonderful, especially to my mom. They did a fantastic job on the car and were so kind and accommodating. We really appreciate everything they did for us. Highly recommend!!

I’m so happy with the repair. Staff is so kind and detail oriented and great at what they do. To get an appointment might take some time, but it’s totally worth the wait. Good price, exceptional & professional service. My car looks so good. I’m so impressed! I got a bumper cover, fog light, liner, and it was painted too.

I used this shop through my insurance company and was quite pleased with the service I received. The turnaround time was pretty good, but I wasn't expecting my car to be detailed on top of the repairs I required. A nice touch and I would recommend this shop to anybody. Also met the owner and had a nice chat. Very happy with my experience.
