Don’t go here if you plan to walk in. Seven staff working and not one person cares you are at the counter.
Great customer service. Even after they walk past you and go into the back instead of acknowledging you as a customer.

The absolute worst service ever!!!! I was the only customer at the counter and waited for over 10 mins without being acknowledged. The employees working the drive thru were busy and talking amongst themselves without someone servicing customers at the counter. I politely asked the employee making sandwiches if someone was available and she responded that someone was making my drinks….ironic since I hadn’t even ordered. We frequent this location due to convenience when heading to the 401 West and the service is consistently poor, so today I am choosing to boycott this store. Tim Hortons should take this owner’s franchise license. They are a real “black eye” to the Tim Horton’s franchise.

Always very slow when inside. 4 people behind the counter, took over 5 minutes for someone to start making my sandwich. No other dine in customers, drive thru only 4 vehicles. Try to avoid this location as much as possible

Showed up at just after 8:30 and there was no tidbits, donuts, cookies or muffins. Wanted to grab a quick snack for my son and there was literally nothing there.
Also used the washroom (men's) and it was quite dirty. The front area was clean though.

Clean and well maintained. Service is mediocre on the best of days. Be sure to check your order thoroughly before leaving because it is certain to be wrong. The food is good.

More times than not at this location they get my drive thru order wrong
They're response when I call and let them know is we'll try and get it right the next time
I feel like they are moving so fast that they forget that they are serving people
Many times you don't even get eye contact

And yet the doors are locked. Talk about false advertising.

I drive out of my way to come here almost twice a day every day. Great staff. Coffe and tea are always hot and fresh. I am not sure what others are complaining about.
