Papa Gino's

I met with my kids and their kids at this restaurant to hang out for a couple hours with my grandchildren. They let us move tables around in the lower dining area to accommodate our large party of 12. The food was good. The staff was very nice. The bathrooms weren't perfect. But they weren't awful either. We have eaten at this location in the past with similar experiences each time. It was an excellent dining experience. Thank you to the team that was there this afternoon. 🙏 you rock!

Papa Gino's Merrimack NH has always had tasty subs, dinners, and recently better tasting pizza. I usually will order a sub sandwich and pizza for the kids. The pizza used to be worth going there for. I am being kind when I say the pizza is worth the trip or the cost now. Quite expensive for the large cheese pizza with no toppings and, it's not very big. The steak n cheese sub I received tasted good but the amount of steak on the sandwich was very little. I had a cheese and bread sub with a little steak. Given the cost of the sandwich, the small amount of steak on the sandwich is just not acceptable. I don't know if I'll order from here again as this incident wasn't the first time. I should have taken a picture of it. This would have really shown the validity of the complaint. If I do order from here again, I will take the picture. If this is how Papa Gino's is going to make steak subs and pizza moving forward, I'll go back to Billy's for my sub which is in town, and get my pizza from Domino's. I can get 2 domino's pizzas for the same price as 1 of yours. The restaurant could use some updating and it was mostly younger people working there with no one in the seating areas. I called ahead to order and was given a time to show up. I showed up early thank god as my order had been ready and sitting. Update: Papa Gino's has decided to remedy the situation which I am really happy about. We will try another meal at this location and see how it goes. Update to follow. Update: Had a pretty decent meal at this location. The steak sandwich actually had some steak in it. The pizza was pretty good just a little on the expensive side when compared to other local pizza shops. Thank you Papa Gino's! Good job. We'll be back.

I decided to eat here because my wife and i used to eat at Papa Gino's in Burlington, Vermont many years ago. I'm glad I did the Super Veggie pizza was very good. I got banana peppers instead of mushrooms. There is a picture of it below. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that some of the tables had not been cleaned and the bathroom wasn't very good either.
