I paid almost $10 for this from the Mchenry location. One slice of turkey. Brown lettuce. Tasted like a bread sandwich and bread was stale. Awful won’t be going back. Used to be my favorite. But even subway puts more meat on the sandwich for less money too.

Very accommodating to food intolerances! There are a very few places I am able to eat at due to having Celiac disease and the risk of cross-contamination when it comes to gluten. I was in there today as I forgot my lunch at home and let the team know. The 2 gentlemen went above and beyond anything I even imagined to make sure I was able to eat there. They cleaned the entire counter, gloves, new mayo with a new spatula. I wanted to take a moment and thank them for making my entire day. I can not even tell you how much it meant to me!!!!

Obnoxious pricing. Jimmy Johns pricing is all over the board. I paid $9.29 for a #14, $7.79 in Crystal Lake, $8.18 in Volo and Wauconda, $8.59 in Round Lake Beach. $5.29 for a Slim #1, $4.99 in Crystal Lake, $5.87 in Volo and Wauconda, $5.99 in Round Lake Beach. $7.79 for a #1, $6.49 in Crystal Lake, $7.13 in Volo and Wauconda, $7.39 in Round Lake Beach. Not too long ago prices were actually reasonable. And not forever ago prices were $5.99 for clubs, $4.99 for 8" sandwiches and $3.99 for Slims, a family of 3 could get 3 sandwiches for only $16, now it's $23.

Tried to order off my app on my phone since 4 pm today for sandwiches for lunch tomorrow. So after no luck as of 7:40 i call to ask why. They turned it off because they only have one driver tonight! Really! Wow! ☹️ Guess they don't need to make any sales from me.

if i could give this 0 stars i would. i order from here a lot and never had a problem until today, the delivery driver had delivered my food to the wrong address not once, but twice. the manager made it seem like it was my fault and also would not give me her name. was incredibly unprofessional and rude everytime we interacted over the phone. took 2 hours to get 1 sandwich.

Note on the door says they were "told to enforce masks" with a very ignorant and disrespectful undertone. Of course, the staff can be seen wearing masks inappropriately, matching their attitude represented by the note on the door.
