I feel bad that the staff are overworked, they can’t keep up and it’s not their fault.
However, the food is terrible. I’m obviously not expecting New York quality pizza but I’ve had better frozen pizzas than the flat bread that is made here. Couldn’t even finish it.

We have visited this location many times. This past year, though, quality has definitely decreased. Dried out bread, incomplete orders, and creamy soups that are watery with little substance. The staff remains pleasant, but their accuracy on quality is sparse. This saddens me as we enjoy Panera over many other options. I’d like to say we’ll try it again, but it will most likely be a different location in hopes of better results.

Good location, staff are never rude and almost always friendly. I frequent this location for my drink subscription and they rarely ever disappoint, occasionally the hot coffee is not very hot (only experienced this in the afternoon) but if you respectfully ask the staff they have no problem making a fresh pot (I don't blame them anyways with how understaffed they likely are).

I have gone to this local Panera twice in the past month and ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup on both occasions. Unfortunately on both occasions I have received a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. I looked at my receipt to confirm I ordered the correct item and decided to call. The manager was unapologetic and just said to bring the Soup back. I explained to her I did not live in the area and would not be able to come back today…let’s just say I will not go back with this terrible service.

I pretty much like the Panera Bread franchise. This place is decent, it has no drive thru and the portions are small and there's usually a wait around lunchtime as it gets very busy but otherwise it's ok. I recommend ordring ahead of time.

Never disappointed in Panera except when a location does not have something available. So far, that has not happened at this one. Can always count on deliciousness.
