They will force you to order from the machines inside even with disabilities and being reminded that those machines take away jobs from human beings. Plus, I have lost promo code before trying to use their machine in the past. End Result: No order and walked out with this review to remind me to never order at this location again even as much as I travel.

I love when you pay extra money for whipped cream, the ticket they place on the cup says whipped cream, and they give you your drink without the whipped cream. Then they give you an attitude when you say something to them. Not like McDonald's does anything to make up for it either. They don't care about customer service.

Stopped by this location for lunch today. Ordered a Double Fish Sandwich Meal. After leaving the drive thru I found they gave me a single fish sandwich. I went back through drive thru. They took the single back in inside, added a fish filet on top of the original one they gave me and handed it back to me. I asked for a fresh one, not one that based on the look of the cheese had clearly been sitting around too long. The lady said ok, pull to the #2 spot and they will cook one fresh and let me know it would take 3 minutes. In less than 1 min, Mike showed up with the “Fresh” one. When I opened the box it was clearly the same sandwich that had just been microwaved. I asked again politely to please make me a fresh sandwich. The lady at the drive thru window yelled to the “cooks” to give her the fresh sandwich. Someone finally gave me another supposed “fresh” sandwich and said they through an Apple Pie in the bag for my troubles. Check out the pic of the Complimentary Apple Pie they gave and it’s Best By Time. I finally gave up and left realizing that they clearly told me at least four times they did not want me as a customer. Message received............

Sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes without no acknowledgement, backed up went to the other line and my order was taken wrong. The cashier might be new or something idk his name but he had dreads and like gold or blonde streaks. Terrible customer service, just wanna thank them for giving fresh fries. Only reason why I am giving them three stars.

This place overcharges so much! I placed an order for 2 cheeseburger meals on drive thru and it was $18 but I noticed they charged my $0.99 for getting sweet tea on one of the meals. when I got up to the window to pay, I asked why I it's extra for sweet tea, she said cause it's brewed fresh daily and that their sweet tea is $1.79 but fountain drinks are only $1.00. hmm, if I was charged an extra $.99, wouldn't I be paying $1.99 for the sweet tea? I told her to cancel my order. I drove down to the McDonald's on 17/92, ordered the same thing and it was $6 cheaper. I will never go to that McDonald's again on 434.

Ordered through uber eats and put a specific note for the driver to ask the staff if a second hashbrown was added to my meal because I order a second one every time. Driver said she asked the staff and they gave her a nasty attitude saying they weren't gonna open the bag again and that it was in there. Of course when I go to open my food there's only one hashbrown. Instead of giving people attitude when they're just doing their job, how about you teach your staff how to follow order instructions and proper customer service. Will be putting in a bad review on uber eats, having my refund issued, and will not be ordering from this location in the future.
