Taco Bell

The team here does everything they can to deliver the best possible product. With a long drive thru line we decided to go inside, upon entry we were greeted with excitement and hospitality. We order our “complicated order” and the person at the register welcomed the special order with ease. He made us feel welcome and appreciated. Unfortunately as we waited, some rude UPS driver stormed in with his daughter and tried to yell at each employee with no true warrant. The complaining customer was out of line and rude, but the employees at this location were patient and collected. I would have lost my cool with this guy, he was completely out of line. Our food was up next, they apologized for the wait (which was really not long at all, and not needed). Respectful, caring, hardworking staff! Food was great too! F*** that UPS driver, I’m not sure what his problem was, and where he thought he could treat others this way.

I went on my lunch hour today. I was trapped in the drive through for over 30+ minutes. There's no escape, once your stuck in the lane. Averaged over 5 minutes a car. Ridiculous! The gal at the window said they're short staffed. They need to figure something else out quick. Won't be going back anytime soon. I was late punching in and didn't have time to eat.

They are doing their best here and we can see that as customers, but its still very annoying that they stay so short staffed at this location because this is the better Taco Bell in the area. I wonder if the problem is low wages or bad management? The manager seems very nice and we can see him helping his team out as they work. Its just disappointing having to wait 30+ minutes in the drive through because the lobby has been shut down and not being able to eat lunch before I clock back in...

Solid service even tho always bumping. They always get the order right even tho its custom. One less star as I wish managment would find away to hasten orders to a "fast" food standard. That also doesnt mean harass employees, but to find honest solutions to increase speed. Overall one the better Taco Bells Ive been to.

Would rather eat my own pet than return here... sorry Mr whiskers... the staff is 100% dumpster fires! There were 6 people in the store at 11:30PM and everything says they are open til 12AM midnight and they said find another tacobell I'd rather not close alone! Worst tacobell ever! Blonde managers a total B! Same with the rest of them! Way to earn you're easy $20 an hr... lazy.. self-righteous.. pay. Lol

I came in about 11 11:30ish not sure but the staff are amazing there and respect themselves. There was this rude lady I saw was upset about something for no reason sticking herself inside the drive thru window harassing the window person. Making them have to shut the window and call the cops. For very low pay rates and only two people I could see inside this night team is amazing!!!! Only messing up my order once but fixed it fast and gave me free taco coupons for the inconvenience!!!!! What’s better than free tacos. I will definitely be spreading the love and telling everyone about this Tacobell. This entire Tacobell staff needs a raise!!!!! The vibes are lit.
