Every time I’ve been here the food is AMAZING… today I got a breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread.. it was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had in my life… I’ll be back Friday.. and after that!

I’m never disappointed by Scratch Bakes. They have the best cupcakes in town and the wraps and sandwiches are great! The atmosphere is top notch with all the natural sunlight coming in from the windows. Excellent location right on Main Street!

The cupcakes looked so good, beautifully decorated and smelled amazing. They have Vegan, Gluten-free, Gluten and Dairy-free options!! I also love that they have Pupcakes, who doesn't like to spoil their dog! Every time I go in, it smells yummy! They have inside and outdoor seating, very cute cafe!

I got the caprese wrap, and my friend got the Asian delight salad. Both were delicious. The vibe is so welcoming and relaxing. There is indoor and outdoor seating.

Such a cute spot with great food! I went for breakfast with a friend and we both tried one of the new breakfast bowls. I got the rise and shine and she got the main street morning. They were both soooo good! I added onions to my rise and shine because their onions are a must (just trust me). This place is a 10/10 must try if you're in Ephrata!

I ordered a strawberry fields salad and it was excellent. The balsamic dressing worked so well and they give you an Generous amount unlike most places. The customer service was great. Very pleasant and friendly. I plan and need to go back to try other items on their menu.
