Wendy's

Ordered chili and frosty. The chili was cold and I mean cold in that it could not have come from a container that was even turned on low!! The frosty was foamy on top as in another review and it was certainly not ever frozen with all that foamy residue on top! The fries were just ok and certainly not hot!! My husband had a salad and apparently that was ok. Service has gone down here over the last 3 years and it is now not a place from which I will order!

Well after sitting in drive thru for 20 some minutes for 4 other patrons. We get to order, 30 minutes later food. But fries were cold no sauce for nuggets, kid at food window nose deep in his phone, verified everything was in bag but nope missed a burger and fry, no straws, cold fries. Please automate this store. I won't be back

Waited over 20 minutes in store for cold food. Don’t waste your time here. Food came out out of order. Got our food before person in front of us who waited even longer. Not understaffed either. Plenty of employees standing around. This place needs a responsible adult manager to train and keep things moving.

Gave one star since there is no zero option. Went through the drive thru and asked for a kids meal only meat, cheese and pickles. I get the sandwich and it is drowning in ketchup. The doors are locked. I tried calling numerous time so I didn't have to sit in line forever again. No answers. Just phone getting picked up and hung up. Had to sit in line for another 25 minutes ontop of the 25 minutes I waited before. It's ridiculous. I wish there was a different one closer so I never have to go to this location.

The Potatoes were cold and were from left over. They tasted like a day earlier. The egg & Biscus with cheese and sausage was also cold and from hours earlier. I don't think I will be eating there again unless they can make there food when you come in there! Especially after I paid $6.24 cents for it and it was supposed to be a Medium and it looked like a small. I think I was the first one in there in the Morning and the food tasted like it had been there the night before! There going to lose a lot of business if they keep doing that because I got really sick to my stomach after I ate there!

Sadly was not really thrilled with my experience here. The drive through intercom is very hard to communicate with: cannot hear what the server is asking and I don't think they can hear very well. I had a simple order but large, and I gave fair warning. 4 baconaders and a 10 piece spicy nugget with extra bbq sauce. The baconaders were very small compared to what we have gotten before and they forgot the sauce and the nuggets were not hot. I waited in the drive thru which I knew would take time since it was a large order. No biggie. But I saw several young workers standing around playing on their phones. I got my food and checked it to ensure it was correct (didn't know the burgers were so small, but saw there was no BBQ sauce in my bag). No problem I parked and went inside to grab some. It was busy in the drive thru so things can be missed. My biggest issue was I stood at the register for about 5 minutes and no one else was waiting, but at least 3 or 4 of the younger kids working just stood around on their phones doing nothing and even made eye contact with me several times and said nothing. 1 guy was actually working on orders. Everyone was playing around and on phones. I hate to leave a bad review as I have worked in food service but this was just sad. It's one thing if they didn't see me there, but eye contact was made more than once. And the food was not fresh.

It is so hard to find a good Wendy’s anymore in Lancaster. The best one is new holland and I’m never over that way. Went tonight came home and didn’t have a burger. It was a plain grilled chicken sandwich. Customer service sucks. The line takes forever. Won’t be back. Second bad experience at this one.
