Pizza Hut

My experience today started off a little rocky. I ordered food online and it charged my card but they never got my order. So I was able to talk with a manager named Jarvis and he took very good care of me. As long as this place keeps people like him I will always be coming back. THANK YOU JARVIS for everything you did for me today!

Ordered 2 pizzas, salad and breadsticks at 6:30pm. Delivery driver stated she grabbed the wrong pizza and that a man would be bringing a replacement shortly and credit us 2 pizzas. 1 hour went by and we called just to be told it would be there any second. Another hour goes by and we speak to a manager who has no idea what's going on. Says the lady had no right to say a credit of 2 pizzas and he would give us a credit of $10.00. After haggling he raised it to $20. Really? How about you train your employees to get on the same page and stop acting like everyone there doesn't know how to communicate.

manager on staff extremely rude to me on the phone. i called in and they started talking about someone elses order, when i finally got them to understand that wasnt me and i was calling for a different reason. they told me the card was declined ad that she called and left us a vociemail. yet my phone never rang, i have no voicemail, and the tracker continued to tell me there was someone on their way with my order. i understand things happen with card payments yet i had sufficient funds on my card and the order processed on my end, again telling me through the tracker it was even on its way after 40 min of placing the order. the manager had nothing but an attitude and I'm shocked at how unprofessionally she handled the situation.
