Hardee's

My wife and I had dinner at this location. There were no other patrons in the building. We both ordered the Frisco thick burger combos. Our order was not accurate they had forgot to put in two pies and the fries were not seasoned and tasted like the fryer grease needed to be changed. The tea had turned bad and they were out of pickles. The store had dirty floors, especially in the kitchen. The soda machine was not clean nor was it adjusted to the proper syrup to carbonation ratio. The cashier was not trained enough to work the register. There were hiring signs and forms in the dining room. Overall our experience was not as good as we'd hoped for. Maybe with some good management and staff this location will make a comeback.

This place was absolutely disgusting!!! South side Hardee's Knoxville Tennessee. Took them a hour to get our food to us and then when they did the fries were drenched in grease hard as rocks, the onion rings were the same and cold!! And our sandwiches were made wrong and also cold! I complained and she never once asked me if i would like for my order fixed or replaced, I asked for a cooperate number and the lady (manager) laughed and said we don't gave a cooperate number we are franchise and turned around and walked away from me.

This Hardee's had been around for a long time. It shows it's age in some ways. The service has always been friendly, but it is often quite slow, even for a Hardee's. The food is good. Typical Hardee's fare. Great for when you want a slightly better fast food burger. It is in an area that can see some less savory folks. There are some parks in the area that had problems in the past, but the city has made efforts to clean them up. So it has improved. We have never had an issue there, though others have. We generally go through the drive through rather than going in, but I would not be hesitant to eat in store. Over all a good place.

Woooh! I don't know where to start. I contacted corporate they didnt help or even offer a refund. This place never cleans or replaces the grease. Never has meat or have the stuff on the menu because the manager doesnt make orders on time for stock. The customer service is always below a 1 star. I one time had to go to the bank and withdraw money next to it because the lady in the druve thru didnt know how to run a chipped card. Then when i asked to at least get a small fry or anything i didnt care for my troubles the manager yelled at me. My Lord. If i could rate it 0 I would. . .

The atmosphere’s very strange, all the workers seem like they’re just there to chill and the wait times are a bit slow. That said, the food that came out was very good and the employee at the register actually walked my food out to me even though I was planning to come to the counter for it so there are definitely some positives for this place.

I went in at 2/10/19, which is a sunday, and they were extremely understaffed. I saw 3 employees trying to fill everyone’s order. Although I had to wait a little bit for my biscuit I think they employees did a fantastic job at being polite and doing the best they can. This is the first time I’ve eaten at a Hardee’s in a very long time and I would probably go back. These 5 stars are for the employees that worked there. Hopefully next time this restaurant will know to put more employees on Sunday morning breakfast
