Wendy's

I have lived in this area for a few years now and every single time I’ve been here at this store the nuggets are NEVER fresh, even if I request it. I waited here last night for 30 minutes because the card reader was not working. That might be excusable because I realize they can’t help that, then as I’m walking inside this extremely rude female who was also a big girl, just walked straight at me and I had to step out of my way so she wouldn’t walk over me, WOW! Very rude and pushy employee. I went to another store in Mountain Grove and they were the nicest people ever with fresh food and timely service. I will NEVER go back to this poor excuse for a restaurant. My suggestion, evaluate employee performance more often, secret shoppers ETC

Was ok but not visited Wendy's in a while. I ordered sour cream n chives baked potato,and small chili. I remember when a baked potato was like almost $2 maybe and chili not too much. It was 5.49 for just this when I use to order this everyday for half this? Lol Oh well Wendy's is still good and there prices had to go up to to make money I'm sure.

Decided against going through drive thru, because it was very busy, so I went inside. Was busy inside as well, but honestly no biggie, right? Ordered my food. While a 6 pc. nugget is 2.29, there’s nothing on the menu board stating how much a 10 pc is, and that’s what I happened to order. 5.29???? For a 10 pc nugget??? I’m sorry, but giving me a heads up on the price would have been wonderful, but not giving me a refund when I asked for it was the icing on the cake. Even when I asked if I could just have my money put back on my card, the response was “We can’t do that, the manager isn’t here and won’t be back until 2pm…” like seriously? I get my food, go to my car, and the nuggets were hard as a rock, and tasted like sawdust covered in spice. I don’t recommend this place, especially if you are on a limited budget…. The lack of communication is just ridiculous.

We went in to order our food, the lady that was at the front when we got there walked past us three times, on the third time she says I'll be with you in a minute and walks to the back to get to go bags and walks over to drive thru, there was another customer who asked to speak with the manager about the dining room tables all being dirty, the manager tells him with a very nasty attitude were short staffed ill get someone on it right away, he said to her I can't sit down to eat anywhere (were still waiting for our order to be taken) she said the said thing again in the nasty attitude, she looked right at us standing there waiting to have our order taken and just goes back to drive thru. We decide to go through the drive thru where there are NO CARS in the drive thru. While taking our order we look over to see a worker chatting at someone's car, she stood there for about 30 minutes, she was there when we went in the store trying to order our food before going to the drive thru. We will not be going back to this Wendy's EVER!

This place is a joke. Whoever runs this Wendy's NEEDS. TO. BE. FIRED!!! and they need to take all the unfriendly, rude, and down right laughable staff with them that they allowed to fester under their leadership. Wendy's needs to spend less time being snarky on twitter and more time fixing this store.

JUST STOPPED FOR A COUPLE OF STRAWBERRY FROSTIES...MY WIFE WENT INSIDE TO ORDER...FOUR YOUNG WOMEN WERE WORKING THE COUNTER ... WIFE STOOD AT THE COUNTER FOR ABOUT TWO MINUTES AND WAS TOTALLY IGNORED BY SAID EMPLOYEES... NEEDLESS TO SAY WE DIDN'T GET OUR FROSTIES... THIS WAS AT 6:45PM AND NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING... VERY POOR SERVICE... SHAME SINCE THIS IS A NICE WENDY'S... WOULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS IF POSSIBLE AND YES I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE STORE OWNER CONTACT ME...NOT THE MANAGER ON DUTY. THANK YOU
