Poor and rude customer service, you have to speak twice for what you want to order even loudly because I guess girls working there are having some hearing problem! I tell her to order creamy chill and she added strawberry quencher instead. They also don't have anything else instead of coffee or 1 flavor creamy chill even if they've they'll probably say, 'we don't have it right now' Deserve zero rating!

Extremely poor customer service in recent years. Barely understand what they are being told and then keep arguing over it.I am sure the staff can be trained better on basic customer service skills. Every time I have gone there recently, the person on the drive thru sounds tired and annoyed. Maybe they shouldn't be working in service industry if basic manners on how to greet a customer escapes them. One time I ordered something and after waiting a long time (slowest drive thru around) I was told at the window "sorry we don't have the item right now". Complete incompetence.

Negative 5 stars! Worst of all Tims I've ever been to. I usually don't write negative reviews because I don't want to ruin people's day. But this keeps happening again and again and it's not just me that's facing the problem. Everytime I order something from here either it has something missing or I get a different item altogether! The staff isn't aware of half of the menu items, I had to tell more than three times to make them understand what I want. This wasn't my first time. But I'm alright repeating my order. What I cannot stand is the attitude of some of the staff even though they don't know how to make the order properly. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Well I have to be honest the people that work there I'm not that nice we were there and bought a couple of donuts couple of drinks. We thought it was kind of inappropriate of them when they threw out all the donuts into the garbage bin right after we had purchased our Donuts. We even offered to take them off their hands cuz if they're just going to throw them away might as well give them to people who want them. I thought that I had left my wallet there and it still could be there but they told us to call for the morning shift so we looked up the number and it's out of order so there's no phone number for us to call and we don't drive and it's quite a long walk to get there to ask a question so I think they need to get their phone numbers sorted out and maybe be a bit more professional when they have customers standing there.

I am absolutely upset by this place and not only their poor customer service, but also the food! I just ordered a crispy chicken wrap and the wrap only had lettuce in the top half, two tiny tiny TINY pieces of chicken, and the entire wrap was in the bottom of the container. These employees need to be trained that customer service should be done properly, and that quick isn't always better.

This is the worst Tim's in KW. I've given them lots of chances because they're located conveniently for me twice a week. But it's too the point where I'll use up more of my break to go farther away to avoid this location. Such a disappointment for such a well-located store. They never have enough inventory and the service is terrible! I feel like an inconvenience to them.
