Mcdonald's

Not sure how McDonald's corporate allows this place to operate. The place is super dirty, employees just socializing in the back. Drink machines out of order, the touch order system out of order. The seats are ripped. Missing tiles. floors are disgusting. Door to kitchen open. Tables not wiped. Bathroom pee all over floors, no toilet paper and a busted heater that could cause a fire. Just Gross.

A number of the reviews I've read seem to either be incredibly ageist, provide little-to-no context in relation what else may have been occurring that day (longer lines, amount of available staff, machines not working due to no fault of their own, whether if these relate to past COVID protocol, etc.) or going so far to make personal and demeaning comments about the staff who work here. While I can appreciate this is a fast-food restaurant, and not a five-star restaurant - the expectations of some customers seem very unreasonable. I do not believe the staff have control over patrons not cleaning up after themselves, causing issues in the public bathrooms or instigating problems that the staff must address themselves while still trying to operate normally. I am curious if the individuals complaining are being reasonable themselves or even polite when they attend, as through the various encounters I have had here over the years - I don't understand the majority of the comments. I often see rude customers, but I do not see rude staff. However, I expect many people have not worked in the fast-food industry as I would expect a higher level of empathy, or else possibly don't go to a fast-food restaurant if your expectations are much higher.

Lately the person at the cash window has a major attitude … they blurt out what you owe them and no please or thank you … I literally can’t stand when someone asks for money like this …”THIRTY TWO EIGHTY”!! How about a “ that will be 32.80 please”… how hard is that?! I always say please and thank you .. it’s common sense to me. The girl working there this past Monday was BRUTAL! When I said …” sorry, I can’t hear you”… she basically yelled the total at me. The food window girl was super sweet. Point is.. if you want to work in the public sector… have basic polite people skills. This is the Victoria st McDonald’s btw. Also, if you get the correct order here and it’s hot… YOU ARE LUCKY! The manager / owner clearly stopped caring a long time ago

I ordered from DoorDash. My order included two large fries. What I got was two large fry containers filled with a medium fry amount of fries. They weren’t even filled to the top of the short part of the container. On top of that they were undercooked and cold. The nuggets were cold. The Big Mac was fine, but overall I feel cheated.

We went there on April 2 2022 and we wanted some breakfast. We saw the drive through was quite busy so we decided to go in and order. When we attempted to go in, us and other people were trying to go in and all the doors were locked. The manager comes to the door and gives us no real reason why they are locked in the middle of the day. In my personal opinion this is unacceptable….how can you deny people service….I say it’s laziness. I work retail and could not fathom locking the doors and refusing people service. There’s usually an issue at the store every time we go there but for us this is the final straw. I hope the owner sees this so they know your management is quite literally loosing you money. This store is pathetic

Place an order on the app last night. Went and picked it up, ended up waiting 25 minutes in the drive-through line in another 10 minutes waiting for my order to be made. Once I receive my order I couldn’t help but noticed that they didn’t even get it right. I paid over $20 on the McDonald’s app and none of the items that I ordered I had received. So let down every time I come to this McDonald’s, I am definitely never coming back to this one again. Always understaffed and always rude management/staff. Stay away from this McDonald’s!
