A few issues with this subway.
1. My 10$ salad was less than half full
2. I was overcharged
3. After explaining I was over charged I received 1$ back when I should have received 3.42$ back because the cashier didn’t want to actually do the math.
Let’s do some quick math.
I was charged 13.88$ for a sub of the day salad and a bottled pop.
The bill should have been 10.46$
4.69 - sub price
2.50 - make it a salad
1.99 - pop
Plus tax
= 10.46$
Less than impressed.

Worker was very nice and friendly... put on ingredients I asked for and when finally wrapping up the subs, she drew smiley faces on the wraps...

Went here for lunch, and had a great experience. The employee was extremely competent, and very friendly. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I don’t go to Subway often but I had a great experience at this one.

Unfortunately this has nothing to do with the ladies there themselves but it needs to be addressed. Just came here to witness a contractor covered in dust and dirt walk behind the crowded food counter with the ladies making the food. This person also had with zero mask, hairnet or gloves. This is a major health issue. Beyond disgusted.

Tried to order on the app, it wasn't working so I asked if I could use the offer in store, they said yes. Spent 10 minutes getting the order ready only to call the owner and tell us we could not use the online coupon, despite the app not working.
Instead of just manually applying the coupon or a similar coupon, they lost out on the sale and probably ended up just taking the free food with them home. No critical thinking skills whatsoever.

Polite staff and clean restaurant. The only complaint is the toaster they toast the sub in... every time I am at this location my food is still cold. The last time I was there the employee had a very extreme haircut, not that I have anything against that, I am all for it. When working with food someone with long curly bushy dark hair should be wearing a hairnet? It was not a pleasant suprise to find numerous hairs in my sub.

This used to be the best Subway in town until it changed ownership/management. Still a decent Subway, but, like most now, you really have to stress that you want more toppings. They’ll put 4 cucumbers on a 12” sub if you don’t ask for more. This location used to have some amazing employees who would listen to what the customer wanted and made great subs. Still, there are worse Subways in town, so I rated this one 4 stars

We haven't ordered subs in a while. We ordered from subway laurentian hills. They were fantastic! The ingredients tasted fresh. Generous on the condiments and the bread was so fresh and yummy!
