City Pizza

Amazing place , many times I got best deals. The pizza here is real amazing and would recommend trying these guys out. They have a great toppings selections and great prices on a single. The owner is a really nice guy and very generous on toppings. The staff here is very quick and polite. I really recommend you guys to visit this place once and you will definitely like to visit again nd again.

The Pizza was good. No doubt you will get similar quality in all the city pizza branches. But if you are looking for some customer service, skip this location. I promise you will get a good value even if you could drive a little bit away from this location. We had a party and hence we ordered 3 XL pizza over phone with '4 dips'. The guy over phone quoted me 45$ (37$ XL pizza promotional combo)+ the cost for dips +taxes incl. they asked me 6$ for the delivery for my postal code. I was ok with that. When the pizza was delivered, I didn't get my dips. But i paid 51+tips. When i called, they said they are going to refund my cost for dips. I ordered 1 more pizza for pickup and reached the location. At the location, they said they never billed for the dips and the cost is still 45$ + delivery fee. They apologized for the wrong quote over phone. I was ok and polite, because I know the pressure of handling multiple customers. The pizza I ordered was a tandoori pizza and I requested for adding jalapenos in it. They dint add any jalapenos at all and I found they charged me for the jalapenos. When I noticed it and asked , a guy with the turban (Sorry for generalizing, I don't have any other identification) said he is gonna put jalapenos over the top. I asked him not to put, since the pizza is already cooked. Then he came to the front and just handed me 2.5$ in a rude way, as if I am giving him trouble. I then realized that I should have been rude and troubled them instead of being so soft and not arguing for all that happened. Never going to this location ever.

The woman I spoke to on the phone was nice but she didn't seem to listen or pay attention to me, and didn't seem to know their menu. When our food was delivered they didn't put sauce on the wings like I asked and gave me 2 , 591ml bottles of pop instead of the 2L I had asked for. Would have been fine but the pop didn't even equal out to 2L the 2 bottles given was a total of 1182ml or 1.182ml not 2L.
