Drive thru lane road have potholes. Food we got could have been better. The Chicken patty they served would have been cooked long enough before it felt chewy. Order was on drive thru, so could not come back.

All harvery's are the same but this one was better than most. Service was great and the food cooked perfectly.

The customer service here is above and beyond. The food is always fast and accurate. I ordered online from a different Harvey's and did not realize, they called the other location cancelled my order for me and made my order within 5 minutes. Truly was above and beyond.

Ordered 2 can dine for $14.99 & 6 pc Buffalo Chicken Nuggets.
I just want to share with you the quality & how I was presented the “Buffalo “ Chicken nuggets.
I had a craving for nice hot spicy Buffalo Nuggets.
Why do staff just quickly give food & not double check at what they are giving their customers.
In drive thru you have no choice but to accept what you received, unless you have time when you have drove away to go back & get the correct order.
This should not be done in the 1st place.
The picture will speak for itself of what was given.
Cold - extra crispy - with a sprinkle of Buffalo sauce.
No fork or maybe I was suppose to ask at this location compared to the other Harvey’s.
I just had a few Nuggets VERY disappointed as my craving vanished & threw out the rest as it was too hard to eat & cold.
I don’t need a call cause what you going to say sorry.

Fried pickles were old and soggy. Requested kindly to have fresh pickles, and the staff stared without apologizing, grabbed the pickles and took them back. Minutes later have he same ones back stating “they were just made”. Horrible services and rude staff. See photos.
