We ordered from drive through, and when we got home we found our hot spicy chicken was missing. So had to go back again to pick up our replacement order. When we called them, the customer service was helpful, no problem to pick up the replacement. But still not happy with the service we received at the first place. Friendly reminder: please check your order before you leave

ordered a delivery from the kfc app - watched the tracking as a car was selected and arrived at the restaurant. Then, as the time approached where I expected the driver to start heading my way, the order was cancelled! - no call, or contact I had to ring - and was told the reason for my order's cancellation they were "running out of chicken"!!! AT 630 PM

Always fresh burgers, sometimes it’s hard to find a staff member to place order inside the restaurant- prefer drive through.

Three piece feed. Okay. Pleased with the size of the three chicken pieces. They were nicely coated, evenly seasoned and cooked beautifully. Fries, often hit and miss, no surprise as they are soggy in the box.
