Drove up to the drive thru and no one came to the speaker or even said I'll be with you in a minute and I said hello like seven times... I get to the window and the chick gives me an attitude about it and I'm thinking well maybe you should have gotten on the other speaker and at least acknowledge me. Don't give me an attitude I'll go straight to corporate it's not my fault you guys are really really slow. Took almost a half hour to get the food I needed. And yeah don't give customers an attitude because you don't have common sense. Next time I'll just tell you to go screw yourself. At least if I were you I would at least have some observation skills and I could do your job better than you

-Last night the drive through lady legitimately would not respond to any drive thru orders for the last entire hour or more of the shift. 8 cars ended up leaving and 2 cars ended up not even getting to order because by the time she responded they were closed. person in front of me waited 50 min, i waited 45 to pick up a pick up order and by the time i got to the window they hadent even started the order. literally waited for an hour

After 10PM lines are long and so are wait times. Customers are impatient and workers overwhelmed. Even me getting a little frustrated. Chen answered the phone as I was having an order issue. He not only corrected the issue swiftly and justly. He went above and beyond to make sure th experience was still a top priority. I came into Wendy’s as a normal customer, I left the first time no longer a customer, and after speaking with Chen (apologies if I misheard the spelling) this is the only
Wendy’s I’m the area that I’m going to go to. Specifically because I know Chen is here and he balances what’s best for the customer snd whats best for the company in a seamless way you typically only see from someone with years and years of management experience. Wendy’s, get this guy into your corporate office and nurture that experience. Mold him right and he could be a solid asset for the company in this area. Or any company for that matter.
Don’t let him go to your competition.

I assume that the long wait in drive-thru is a result of fresh made to order? Nobody had gloves on, not even the individual handing me my food. I can't comment on quality or temperature of food as I just threw it in the trash. I'm sorry but a new stran of covid is here & no precautions? No TY.

Waited in line for 15 minutes to get up to the pay window for them to tell me they don’t accept Apple Pay!!!! WHAT?!?! A large corporation like Wendy’s doesn’t accept Apple Pay?! I have never encountered a place (so far) that doesn’t accept Apple Pay. Even most gas pumps accept it!

My brother-in-law told me they took a survey and Wendy's has got the best fish sandwich, so I went and got a fish sandwich, turned out to be the worst fish sandwich I ever had really burnt dry fish seem like it's been sitting on the shelf since morning it was terrible, french fries are real good Chili's really good ,fish sandwich not so much,
