Our sandwiches were made fresh in front of us and the guys working were really helpful, friendly, professional and respectful. They answered a few questions we had honestly. Would recommend this one in Keene, NH to family and friends. That was trip one and two! Trip 3 the lady taking our order did not listen well when we said large and tried being pushy and up sell what we said. We remained firm and told her we said large. When we got up to leave we didn't even get to the door when she was cleaning the table we sat at which to me is a good thing my husband found it rude. The rude thing was when we specifically said Large she tried getting us to go bigger and more $$.

ordered online, both my husband and I ordered chicken salad on a large sub roll with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and cheese, I also ordered banana peppers on mine. when we got home the sandwich with banana peppers was a turkey and the chicken salad only had tomato on half of it. don't think we'll be going back to the keene location any time soon.

Horrible experience everytime i order a grinder it falls apart its soaked in grease and this past time we ordered online correctly and they still managed too mess up the order refused too make me a new one and told us they could only give my money back. Not pleased with the service. Very rude and ignorant. All i wanted was the meal I ordered.

Your staff will seriously harm someone. Today me and my family went in there with one of our family members having A DEATHLY ALLERGY. Your staff talked loudly enough so he could hear and they cooked his sandwich between two allergen sandwiches. He will die if he consumes that sandwich. He can't have onion at all, and they cooked his sandwich between two sandwiches with onions and flipped it with the same spatula. We arrived around 6:10, ordered three sandwiches on December 23rd 2021. Your staff will kill people, this isn't a joke. Please check your cameras and fire those people. I am allergic to tomato as well and am worried they put tomatoes on my sandwich, which is turning into a deathly allergy for me. Please retrain your staff, fire them, or something. My mother will be reporting this to corporate. If you have an allergy, watch the staff here.
