Our favorite place to go at Jay the drinks are wildly overpriced but it's to be expected on the mountain. Food is yummy. Their bloody Mary's are fantastic.

Most of the food was good. One pizza was inedibly burnt and had to be returned. Service was good and apologized for the mistake.

The service and food were great. But their policy of not splitting checks is problematic. We had two tables (12 total) and had to figure out the bill ourselves. I will know better when we return.

Food was fine. Staff was very friendly. Atmosphere was calm and relaxed. Prepare to pay the high cost that comes with resort eating. Would recommend.

The foundry is always great, the food is good and the staff is excellent. This is the goto restaurant when at Jay Peak. The atmosphere is good and the staff is great. The specialty pizzas are excellent and they have a good gluten free pizza with the option of vegan cheese. They are sensitive to food allergies and sensitivities. You can make reservations online! I recommend booking your table in advance if you can. However, they do walk-in if you don't book ahead. Overall a great dining experience the food is fresh and we'll prepared. Thay also have a good bar staff and have the usual offering of beer, wine, and and mixed drinks! The menu does change so it pays to look online. Make reservations or drop in it's well worth the experience.

The sesame Thai tofu bowl was SO good and filling. I've also tried the pizza with dairy free cheese in the past and it's absolutely delicious. Thank you for having vegetarian options!
Unfortunately, though, they don't take reservations for parties under eight, and my family went at 7pm on a Saturday night and waited an hour and a half for a table of six. We then waited almost half an hour for someone to come greet us at our table. The hostess and waiter both said they were very short staffed. I'd highly recommend visiting outside of the dinner rush hours, especially if you have a large party, because our experience was a bit tinged by waiting two hours to eat dinner.

Loved the wings and burger. Wifey got a chicken cutlet dish and my young boy got burrito. Waitress was prompt and I had a can of Fiddlehead.

Good food! Great taste! It would be 5 stars if it had better access to the place. I am pretty picky and aI do not like walking to things in the cold…but great overall!

If you're looking for the most enjoyable and best tasting meal around Jay, you must come to The Foundry. The food here is exquisite, and the restaurant is very well run with a clean and well laid out atmosphere. I highly recommend the more finer dining food options on the menu even though the flatbreads, burgers, and appetizers are also very good. Breakfast is also a great option with the Eggs Benedict, and french toast entrees being spectacular choices. I started coming here since 2020 and has always given me an amazing meal. A must try!

We had Christmas eve dinner at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating and were able to find us a table with a last minute call for a reservation. All the food we tried was well made, delicious with a beautiful presentation. Portions were generous and we had yummy leftovers for next day as well. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and we'll return.
