110 Grill

The food is fine. Nice presentation. Solid salads. Really tasty tomato soup. The service is slow though. The margaritas need work. Oversalted rim (see photo) and extra tart mix. The kitchen is exposed to customers and exposes the holes in systems for this restaurant: Staff speaks rudely to management, customers can hear personal conversations of kitchen staff and kitchen staff doesn't move with any urgency or a plan. Because the kitchen is open, customers can see the food coming out from the kitchen and just sitting for a while to be picked up. Our table was having a great time chatting so the wait didn't bother us but there were others around us that seemed displeased. If they could fix these issues, it would be a decent spot.

Had placed an online order said to pick up at 7:15. I arrived at 7:20 was told ten minutes. Went down to the frozen yogurt spot came back and it's nearing 7:45. Was told another 10 minutes. 7:56 my food was done. I wasn't told that my 2 steaks was sitting waiting on the pork mac. So they killed 2 main courses waiting for 1. Pork mac was great. 2 steaks stone cold. Sides stone cold ny strip overcooked. Was ordered medium got it back well well done and 1 side barely cooked. Beyond well done on 1 side ruining my steak. I came on my lunch and went over my lunch waiting with no real explanation or honesty the one waitress that I grabbed her attention was very understanding. The muscle head jock in the front could care less. I swear he is just there to wear tiny shirt with no brain or personality. A manager should've spoken to me. Lost my business and any suggestions for lunch will be diverted to a more comprehensible establishment.

This was our first time eating he relocated in the Holyoke Mall on the upper level near JC Penney. The people there are friendly and attentive. It's a little more pricey for what you get, probably because it located in the area mall, but its not cost prohibitive. Its American cuisine but they put their own take on it. I would go again as it was decent enough. Since I have only been here once so far, I can't say if they are slow with orders. It took us longer that what we thought it should take, but this may be how it always is, I cant say yet. They seem like they have lots of customers, so give them a try!

The dinner I had this evening was fantastic. A few moments after sitting at the bar, Danielle greeted me with a smile and hello & offering a menu as well. Deciding upon a cup of tomato soup to start and a turkey burger for the entree, I was served a chilled glass of my 22oz beverage of choice. The soup was delicious, with the entree followed shortly thereafter. Beautiful presentation and flavor. Great service and attentiveness. Thank you 110 and Danielle ! 4/26/22 6:10 PM

Time of visit: 11/24/2021 at 6:30 pm. The servers are friendly however I did not like the food a bit. I was served with the most oily food there was ever made. The Chicken Caprese I ordered was burnt and Salmon was overflowing with butter. The onion strings were too oily to eat. I dont think the calorie value mentioned in the menu is true. The tomato soup was the worst I’ve had ever. Barbecue chicken nachos hardly had the chicken and the aluminium tray on which it was served was dancing all around. I would never go there again.
