Burger King

I went to Burger King today in Hiram Georgia today and I usually brag on my food but fir some reason it wasn't there. I ordered a bacon king meal with onion rings. The onion rings was hot and fresh but my sandwich wasn't hitting it. My meat and bacon was very dry and my sprite was full of carbonation and tasted horrible. I tried to call and let them know but of course nobody answer the phone. They have to do better and of course I would have gave a zero if there was one to give today.

I absolutely HATE this location. They are so, SO incredibly rude!!! Any time I go through this particular drive thru, they rush me and act like customers are a burden to them. It's not my problem you have your job. Perhaps quit and find a profession that suits you. The man who took my order today, Thursday, 2-10-22 was so pushy and rushed me to get my order done. I only ordered 2 meals, one being a kids meal and an extra drink. I get to the window and the woman just hands me my food and again acts like I'm a burden to her. I asked nicely for a side of zesty sauce, which I do every time and the woman about came undone. She asked if I got onion rings, I told her no it's for my fries. She gets an attitude and tells me it's 25 cents for each side. I said that's fine, no issue at all. I go to get my card from my wallet again and she hands me 2 sauces and shuts the window in my face. I'm like....???? Okay....? She then waves at me with a smirk. I don't know WHO let's someone like her work for them but they need to seriously reconsider!!! Clean house because your ADULT employees are HORRIBLE.

This has got to be the worst run burger King ibhave ever been to. I love my whopper. You make the best darn burger around. And everytime I come to this location, it's been a horrible experience. Absolute awful experience. Tonight was the last straw and I will never come back. Your posted hours say you close at 11. Online it's says the same. Well here I am sitting in line and as I'm about to pull up to the order screen, all the lights shut off at 1029 and then I get told the store is closed. I expect you to honor your hours listed and post a sign if something changes. Ok fine. But then whoever was on the mic started giving me lip and disrespect when I have the "audicity" to question you on your hours of operation. It's not my fault you didn't update your hours. I showed up on time to get my order. I showed up at 1010. You should have served me. Now I will blast this over every rating site I can find.

The store hours state this location opens at 7 am. Pull up to the speaker at 7:45, automated person comes on to take your order, only for a live person to come on after you order and say that they don't open until 8:30. Why did you have the speaker on? Why not put a sign out? Smh. The reviews speak for themself.
