This location is very nice and clean. The service is great. Food was fresh and correct. Hard to ask for more than that! Lol. Brought my grandson with me, he had the french dip and swiss... well for a real short time, he scoffed it down like he was starving. Must have been really good. I had the smokehouse brisket meal with the crinkle fries. The smokehouse brisket was excellent. The fries were good but not the best. Overall a great meal. Would definitely come back to this location!!!

Stopped at the drive thru today 5/27/22 at 11:20 a.m. WAGYU steak burger. Two bites in. That sandwich slaps. Flavor for days. Juicy. The single patty has the thickness of Wendy's double. The sauce, the toasted bun. Mwah. Normally I remove the pickles from my burgers. Today I ate everything, no bite left behind. Medium cook on the steak burger. The only thing was one side of my bottom bun was a little too toasted. Move over Freddy's. This is my new favorite burger. Customer service was excellent, food was great. I'm out.

Gave a 3 because i didn't like the new burger. Service is good. New lemonade is good, I had peach and husband had strawberry. The place is clean.We got the new deluxe wagyu burger. It really had no taste as if it had no seasoning mixed in the meat. The sauce,katsup, onions, and pickles gave it flavor. I'll stick to my cheddar beef or turkey Ruben but I didn't like this burger.

Great Arby's, sandwiches and fries were made fresh and made with expertise. Fast service and clean restaurant, staff was attentive and orders taken quickly and orders ready within a decent time, restaurantwas busy but not overly busy. Easy parking area located in the center of Hiram area of 278.

Had missing sandwiches in my order and found out after I got home. So I called and the manager right away knew the situation and very quickly resolved it. Pick up my order today and made sure to improve my experience there. Greasy Arby’s I have been too, and will continue to go back.💖💖

Fast, friendly & committed to ensuring you have the best overall experience. Food was fresh and the drive-thru line went quickly even with it being around the building. One of my favorite restaurants to patronize for hot fast meal.

So.... they were out of roast beef!!!! They were out of the new hamburgers.... they are still out of some of the market sandwiches and the food they had was horrible! This is normally a good Arby's restaurant and we were all disappointed. Wasted almost $40.

Usually the food is good at this location. I went through the drive-thru rwo days ago. The food was cold and not what I ordered. They appear to have some new sraff. Maybe a little more training?
