Chick-fil-a

Every time I come here something has to be brought back. I inserted a picture of the (OLD) fruit they gave me one time when I told them the tater tots tasted like they sat in grease. The (older) morning staff isn’t friendly. I’m done with this trifling location. Even the one in north Nashville has better customer service than this one.

Wednesday evening around 5 pm found the line at this location pretty small so we though a good time to grab an early dinner. The usual sandwich and waffle fries was not very hot, barely warm. The cobb salad had an over abundance of lettuce leaving insufficient amount of chicken especially considering costs. An order of Mac n' cheese was waxy and pasty, definitely not ordering this again. Service was good but food was surprisingly poor.

Very disappointed with my latest experience. Pulled into the drive thru at 1025am. Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. Told I was too early, only serving breakfast. Really? 5 min early. I should have just parked my vehicle for 5 min, but just ordered some biscuits. Finally got my meal at 1031. 😪

Ok.. please update your website! I'm here along with some other people to order food and we sitting wondering are you open or not and the website says yes...but the lanes are blocked and no cars in parking lot.. confused🤷🏽‍♀️ I needed my chic fix!!! Always great food and great customer service still five 🌟

Went to pick up a quick dinner for the wife and I. Decided to go in instead of drive-thru. Ordered two sandwiches one order of nuggets a fry and two drinks. The drinks we're given to me immediately. I ordered at 5:24 and did not get my food until 5:43. I asked about 15 minutes into waiting and they said my order was being worked on. By the time I got the food and got to my car the Frosted coffee was the consistency of chocolate milk and all the ice in my wife's drink was melted. There is absolutely no reason that small of an order to take almost 20 minutes. Even if they are busy

Ok, so a little about me and this Chick-fil-A: I've been going to this location for about 19 years now (ever since I could eat solid food until now) and I have NEVER had a bad experience, fresh food every time, all the employees were always super happy and would always be super willing to help out. I'm talking about HUNDREDS of visits, thousands of nuggets were eaten here and not a single one went unenjoyed. Time spent in the play place, sometimes trading a kids meal toy for an icecream instead, breakfast on Saturday, (basically lots of memories). Of course Chik-fil-A is great anytime but this location will always be special to me. Thank you for always being there<3.
