Has went severely downhill, everytime i come here for my lunch break i end up spending almost my entire break here and the employees ignore me for multiple minutes before starting my sandwich the last 3+ times. I understand people have off days but everytime they have been out of most the bread and just don't seem to care that they are working extremely slow when no one else is ever here and they have 2+ employees, i used to close this location by myself and was never that slow single staffed.

They gave me the wrong sandwich so many times. It’s on the receipt how dumb do you have to be to mess that up over and over again. Also, no one has ever answered my phone call. For harrisonville I expect trash but this is next level trash. Lol

The toaster was down so instead of microwaving just the rotisserie chicken, they put the whole sub in the microwave, bread and all, for 90 seconds so the bread was like shoe rubber. Praying for a Panera so we aren’t subjected to eating rubbery chicken anymore.

My usual, oven roasted chicken, wasn't made as it normally is, meat warmed first. Didn't want toasted entire time, still was. Miss attitude didn't like that I asked for more onions three times when she was only putting 2 or 3 on each time. Instead of asking about more veggies she rushed into sauces. Downright rude!!
