I'm very surprised, I have never had a problem with any Taco Bell. We were running around getting birthday stuff, groceries and it was very late. I assumed Taco Bell would be fast and efficient for our family dinner, I was exhausted. After getting home and giving out the kids order, we noticed no meat.
I went back up and asked for one Crunchwrap Supreme with meat or my money back. He ask to see it, so I gave it to him. He opened it, stuck his hand in it and tore it all apart smear his hand in it, then replied " I found a little bit of meat, so it's good." Oh my God, He held up three small pieces of meat. I replied, I can't eat that. I want a new one or my money back. He replied, "no I can't help you." I said fine give it back, so I can take a picture of it. He said, no I'm not giving it back and immediately threw it in the trash, then said I can't help you. Closed the window and left. I was like , what!?
I have no product and no money.I think that's stealing money.So I left with no product from the sale and no money. Horrific and beyond bad customer service.

Recently this place has been a joke. Last 4 visits they have messed my order up and refused to correct it cuz of the app, their equipment is down, or they'll are out of half of their menu items. OR all of the above. Never returning to this place again. We have given too many chances just for them to keep screwing up. This place just needs to close down so something better can come to town.

Taco bell in Harrisonville mo is the lowest quality in food and workers at any taco bell in Missouri and Kansas. The staff is always in a rush to make customers wait longer and longer waits. "There's only three of us working so you're going to have to wait..." This represents your company to hundreds of people per day....

Food was not fresh or even warm, order was wrong, didn't receive a receipt with my order although I ordered through the app so I have proof/receipt of what I ordered. My 2 1/2 yr old son wouldn't even eat his. Such a waste of $20 that's for sure

Taco Bell itself has decreased the look for dining in. They all look getto. Booths were far better. Food was fine. They forgot like 3 things we ordered but made it right.

We went inside in hopes someone who help us with the app to get a free item Noone knew how the app worked, unbelievable..Then we ordered our food and drinks, the ice machine wasn't working so we had to ask for ice, we get our sodas and the sodas were flat no fizz. Really not happy, we weren't the only ones that had issues.

Food was good but I was on my way back to Kansas City asked for unsweetened Iced tea as I am diabetic & I got Sweet tea I didn't know untill I was on the highway so my next stop on poured it out & poured water into the cup.

I can only speak of Harrisonville location food preparation is very lacking I'm very disappointed that's a prices of their menu items have gone up yet the quality of the food and the way it's prepared is horrible you would think that Taco Bell would either hire better Associates and or better train their existing associate because of this I will not return I've lived in this town for over 40 years I've actually work at a few of the fast food places when I was younger back then we took pride in our work we were thankful we had a job today these are qualities that do not exist
