What a difference a day makes... Cold food, no receipt, and my personal favorite, a busted sweet and sour sauce packet in my bag. Now the whole car is sticky. Why you may ask? Because they didn't feel like opening their lobby to indoor dining today. No restrooms, no way to remove the sticky from EVERYWHERE.. Feeling very foolish for driving out here now. There is only one worse McDonald's in Hampton so far. So Awesome day before yesterday, and so sloppy nasty today! A consistency failure in a bad way. Please accept my sincere apologies if my earlier review misled you into coming to this resturant, I deeply am sorry!

The worst!! Drove hour and a half to go out of town for the weekend. Stopped to McDonald's off Pembroke riding through. The wait was ridiculous. Also my burger was not done. Being that I was traveling through, I called them. After calling 3 different times from 3 different phones, the one answering kept saying hello like she couldn't hear me. Today my fiance is still sick after throwing up all night. He ate half the burger before he realized it was raw. I will be contacting home office, and taking it a step further if something is not done!

1) it was snowy when I came by for breakfast and I was so incredibly thankful they were open. I know that was probably frustrating for the employees but everyone had a good attitude. 2) I actually got the wrong order but I had parked in the parking lot to eat real quick before I went to work and a suuuuper sweet young man came out to tell me they gave me the wrong food before I even noticed and fixed it. Probably the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had in years honestly.

My daughter just got a job there , I pick her up around 10 at night , there are always grown men out there in the parking lot begging for money and food. They will come right up to your car. One night a grown man was standing in the rain cussing and carrying on all by himself . He was giving be the bird and calling me every cuss word in the book. The remodeled store is nice , the workers are nice , but the location is terrible

This location close at 12 am , After 11 pm on a Saturday there was a long line because not enough staff was taking orders on the drive through , After 25 minutes in line they told us the machine is down. If you can't pay staff enogh to commit to the time you said you will serve your paying customers, then close early.

Ordered a bacon mcdouble only mustard I got a double cheeseburger only mustard. The fries were hard as rocks. I know they are short handed but they should make sure to use common sense. No napkins either the only thing right was the drink. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would have parked and gone inside to get it fixef.
