Pizza Hut

Normally I don't have any problems with Pizza Hut but I ordered from the PH on Tara Blvd and although it arrived in a timely manner and was hot, it was dry! The toppings were dry as if they had been old and reheated. The brownies? Burned. Ate 1 slice of each and trashed them both. Really disappointed that I wasted $39 bucks!

I placed an order for curbside and the employees didn’t update the system to prompt it to send an email stating the food was ready. I also called the store and someone remotely answered stating they would inform the store I was outside. They never called to inform them which the manger told me once I went into the establishment. When I explained to the manager what happened, she stated “well you have to click I’m here”. I never received the email to inform me that my food was ready to allow me to inform them that I was outside. Instead of apologizing for not sending the email, the manager made several statements “I saw you out there”, “I thought you were Door Dash”, “I saw you on your phone and thought you were handling business” and “I even walked to the store” but never an apology.

Today I went to Pizza Hut and order two pizza they said my order would be done at 8:05 my I went to pick it up and the worker at the desk was kind but she kept saying 10 and 7 more minutes after I finally got my pizzas one pizza was ok but the other was wrong and burnt also I realized she never gave me my change I called the manger she had me on hold for 15 minutes I had to go to Pizza Hut and force them to give me a pizza to feed my children by time I came back everything else in my area was closed also I was not the only customer with a burned and wrong ordered pizza it was 4 others behind me I warned customers ordering check there food and most of the pizzas were burn and had to be remade after mine… do not recommend getting a pizza until new managers and workers come to the store …

Horrible customer service. Manager was very argumentative. They were out of boneless wings. The young lady at the cash register did inform me that they were out of boneless wings and they were going to give bone in wings instead and I said ok. When I received my order I checked it and noticed all of my wings were not there. So I asked the young lady to come back to the counter and then a manager came to the register and I explained to her what my concern was. My receipt said one thing however I was not given what I actually ordered on line and I showed the young my actual order that I placed online. I told the manager that I was not going to argue with and told her I would file a complaint with corporate and write a bad review and got my food and walked to my car.As I was walking back to my car and she came running behind me telling me I did not have to call corporate and I kept walking. The one thing about this situation the manager did is to run up behind someone. She could have been really hurt. I told her that what she did was not a good look. She put herself in harms way and she made pizza look bad. It makes you wonder what type of employees are they hiring. Very unprofessional and I what drive f arther to another Pizza Hut before I do business with this location. Location is on Tara Blvd in Hampton Ga

I placed a delivery order here on Saturday evening at 8:38pm. My pizza did not get delivered until 11:30pm. That’s 3 hours and we were less than 5 minutes from the store. We placed delivery because it was more convenient for us at the moment but we did not think that it would take 3 whole hours. Also by the time the pizza arrived it was cold and nasty. Just a waste of money.
