Just ordered food if you wanna call it Food. It was Absolutely 💯 % a waste of money . Food was so greasy and disgusting. The chapulas were doughy not cooked grease running out every where . When i opened my bad one of the chapulas had fallen out in bottom of the bad .Baja drink tasted like syrup totally gross ! My son got the 5 piece chicken tenders was all burned up !I'm going to somehow contact management ! If I could give A zero star score that's what I would do ! Waste of my money

Buyer beware. It appears this location is dealing with an insect problem. I found what appeared to be a roach in the bottom of my strawberry freeze drink. When I spoke to the manager she was kind toward me however I did hear her express frustration at trying to get the bug people to come spray for weeks. Also, I did contact the health inspector and am awaiting news of their investigation. Unfortunately as far as upper management/corporate resolution, I feel the buck has been passed. It has been more than a week with no real acknowledgment of wrongdoing or failure to ensure cleanliness during a public health emergency. I did receive a call from a rather rude insurance claim specialist who lacked empathy and basic customer service skills. After a verbal disagreement and him raising his voice, I had to end the call and haven’t been reached out to since. I will also follow up with the BBB so that the public is made aware and can have the choice to dine elsewhere until this location can show it is up to basic health code standards. It is unsettling how a pregnant woman with such a valid claim and proof of the incident has been disregarded during a time where public health risks are at an all time high.

This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. I have given it multiple chances over the last year and a half. Every time, my order is either missing an item or not completed correctly. Tacos look as if they were made HOURS before I ordered them, meagerly filled and are often crushed to bits. To top all of that off, the staff are often rude and inattentive. Even the McDonald's across the street manages to do a better job!!

This was for Kentucky fried chicken. It is really sad that more workers are not available. They didn't have any crunchy chicken available only legs and thighs and no cook. RIDICULOUS! How do you run a business with nothing available. This happened to me at the one on mercury Blvd as well. You should shut down if you can't adequately fulfill customers orders.
