$25 and got a drip of sour cream. My drinks weren’t right and I got beans when I asked for NONE.. Just cook at home people. These fast food workers couldn’t care less smh

We came here for take out on a road trip. The staff were super patient and friendly and we could not believe how fast they put our order together and got it all right. Would definitely go back.

The sign says 9am for the store to open. I pull up to the drive up at 9:03 am and no one is there to greet me so I pull up to the window. Here you have an employee counting the cash bag, which they should’ve done that prior before store is opened. Very unprofessional. Then a employee finally greets me at the window with an attitude, but tells me to pull back to the ordering station so I reverse back. I did not care for her attitude because it’s not my fault that you are late opening.
Being said, this is the worst and most unprofessional Taco Bell location in Hampton.

This is the Best Taco Bell in the area! It's always clean and the staff is friendly. The proportions are are always great! We love the Taco Bell!

They are slow ..you have to use the machine to order because they don't come to the front ..they do drive thru only ..they don't want to speak to any customers ..I waited 20 mins for 2 tacos ..rude af .. then again look at the people who work there

They needed to get more sweet tea ready, So because I graciously waited, they gave me a free order of cinnamon twist and a coupon.

Went to pick up a door dash sat in an empty store no customers for 10 min without being acknowledged when I finally did I told the girl the name three times and it’s like she didn’t seem to understand so I just showed her my phone as I’m standing there she proceeded to talk about me in my face saying oh she’s rude for just showing me her phone. And I addressed her. Her manager didn’t even correct her . You don’t talk about customers in their face. Very rude and unprofessional.

Staff was courteous and friendly....food was on point, can't remember a bad experience at this location after many visits over the years.
Update: still the most consistent level of service I've received at a fast food restaurant to date.
