Mcdonald's

Tried a different McDonald's after my last experience and it was another awful experience. Ordered pickup from the app. Checked in on my mobile and went to go inside but all the doors were locked. (It was 7:30 pm) The drive thru was wrapped around the building🤦‍♀️ I got in line and waited...the cashier tells me they don't have my order...I had the email receipt so drove forward to show her. She went up front to look and came back to tell me they had it. I got to pick up window and they asked me to pull forward they were waiting for the 2 pies. (I ordered 2 pies and a 6 piece happy meal for my grandson) I waited for 25 mins while they went through the entire drive thru line🤦‍♀️ Finally...Everything came out cold!! I'm over McDonald's! This is not rocket science! I hate that my grandson loves McDonald's! I would not go again if it weren't for him.

Bought chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger from here around 2:30@ Mcdonalds here sucks, manager on Tuesday, me and my wife tried to use out app for a free chicken nugget and was going to buy a burger for the free large frie but the African American manager probably in his late 30's early 40's, told us it was closed at 10:23 pm but my phone told us they closed at 11pm and manager was very racist and disrespectful about closing early. Made my wife feel very uncomfortable and distressed. Will NEVER eat here again. Bad customer service and bad business criteria. If I had the Head manager's number I would report the manager on Tuesdays night shift for racially profiling and using disrupt language towards my wife.

My gripe is their machine is either broke or they just don't hv any smoothes. Also going inside to order your food your ignored until you shout " Hello any please take my order" They still won't acknowledge their priority is the drive thru which I understand but you hv to be able to manage both. Then the clerk was acting like I ruined her day. You place the order & then you wait for that you hv to say " Hello,hello I've been here for 5 minutes. Then someone will give you your order they don't apologize for the wait, they don't say hv a nice day. They just kind of throw your order at you. Also how can you come t o the register ignore me but place your own order & get your food? I really hv no complaints about drive thru. I now go thru drive thru its quicker than going inside. Yes I sit in a long line just to get a smoothie. They need to learn how to balance walk-ins. And work on customer service. They drop down to 1 star because guess what? The milkshake/ice cream machine isn't working. Mind you March they hv a big sign saying " Get your Shamrock Shakes here" They need to really get it together. I bet the owner probably thinks everything is just fine.

Yeah I thought McDonald's had some breakfast items all day. I thought on Sunday they served breakfast till noon. I was wrong! It seems that they've just lost the ability to do more for their customers just count on less. I realize they're having a hard time hiring people for the minimum wage prices they pay The quality that they had is gone. Now I can't think why they wear masks to hold their chin up, so they aren't really drooling in the food as much. But it does seem like they're having a hard time making what people want.
