7-eleven

So my sister and I went in here around 12 something this morning (10/15/20) and immediately as we pulled up, the one clerk was staring mad hard and smiling. Which okay, I can understand, being friendly but this was a bit too friendly in my opinion. We were followed around the store and he was making conversation, which is fine but he was getting incredibly too close to me and following us in every direction we went into. Usually I have no problems with this store but idk about all of that. So if you go in here alone or with one other person when it’s late, stay vigilant. My sister noticed this and asked if I was “ready to go” and I said I was and we left early before we even finished getting all we wanted.

Jay THE OWNER is very rude.. I left my purse in the car he wouldn't let me leave to get my purse from the parking lot without my 1 year old baby putting her drink and donut down. He had a very nice employee offer to pay for the food because the baby didnt understand what was happening. (I though he was messed up for this but he does have that right to make us pay first) So the employee offered to cover the babies cost and I was able to go get my money from the car. When I return he was threatening to fire his employee for helping a baby, for giving great customer service in front of all customers. I would have been so embarrassed if I was her! It was highly inappropriate for him to discuss matters with his employee this way even if he disapproved for her pro active actions to help a customer with a problem.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY OWNER!!!!!!!!! My entire family stops in this particular location multiple times a day but NEVER again especially since there is another 7-11 the same distance from my home WITH GAS!!! Owner is VERY rude and condescending towards women. When I asked him to BE HONEST and CORRECT a mistake he responds with "are you stupid or just simple?" and then starts yelling at me to "NEVER COME BACK TO HIS STORE" when I was asking him to be accountable. Now worries there because I wont spend any of MY hard earned money is a place where dishonesty is more important that good customer service (especially your daily regulars). SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
