Decided to try this location since I needed to go to Scotiabank right next door, big mistake. I burned $10 in gas waiting for 2 coffee's that are horrible. It was nice of the employee to help the car ahead of me to figure out their Timmies App but unfortunately they should not have wasted everyone else's time and gas for 1 person who should have parked and went in.

Horrible experience. I ordered a large triple triple. When received the lid was not on and coffee spilt all down myself and all down my brand new 2021 White BMW. My car has coffee stains all down the drivers door and coffee burn all down my chest as it spilt. I have tried to reach out to owner and a week later and still no response. If I do not hear back soon I will contact Hamilton spec and a lawyer.

I asked for an Ice Coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar and they put like 12 sugar shots in it. It was like drinking melted ice cream. I'm pretty sure I have diabetes now.

This was seriously drenched in butter with random lettuce pieces on and around it. I couldn’t even eat it. Wanted to go back through the DT but they were so miserable inside I was afraid of what would be in the next one.

June 30, 2021 at 11am: Longest wrap around drivethru line especially with the Tim Hortons delivery truck blocking the entrance. Only to find out that my ice coffees are 20% air. Zero stars if possible.

I don’t goto this location too often but when I do, the staff is always above and beyond friendly that’s why I felt compelled to write a review. Keep up the great attitudes, you never know who’s day it can brighten up!

Thoroughly enjoyed my obviously day old Boston cream... And my coffee, I'm pretty sure it was mixed with sewage water... I know Timmies is hit and miss but holy this was absolutely atrocious.
