I wasn't pleased with most of the choices for brunch. Thought I was getting soul food, but most of the food wasn't seasoned well and didn't taste very good. The ribs that I tried when I arrived were the only good food choice, but when more were made they were watered down with thin barbecue sauce and just not as good as the first. The 2 drink choices (tea and lemonade) weren't sweet at all. Customer service was extremely lacking. Water was asked for, and the waitress responded with "Does it look like I have any water?" and laughed. She stated she would get some water after that and never returned. I do not recommend eating here. We won't be returning.

I came here to support a church member on their birthday, while they performed. Personally I would not come here again. The food was decent and it was buffet style, but with the price of almost $25 a person I expected much better service. They only had 2 servers for all the people that came to eat. It took 30mins for me to get a straw...a STRAW and I only got that because I had to take one from the bar myself. It's not really the servers fault there aren't enough of them BUT now when an elderly lady dropped and broke her glass I had to clean up as much I could, I informed the servers and the servers never came to pick up the glass....i mean it's a table full of senior citizens and that is a major hazard. Secondly the decor is seriously outdated, it was dark, the furniture doesn't match, many of the chairs are broken. They had piles of dirty dishes sitting out in the open for guest to see. The performers allowed us to have a good time but this place needs a serious redirection in management and complete renovation.

What a true disappointment. They called them selves fine dining. Not.... For this to be a buffet there is a person serving the food and the attitude wasn't that great. Let me break it down for you, make this restaurant a hard pass. The mac & cheese was nasty, the sweet potatoes were canned with a sauce poured over, the fried fish was not thawed before fried so when I bit into it water ran out of it. The deserts were pre sliced and saran wrapped cake. There was a roach on the table with the plates. I'm not in Greensboro often but I'll never be back or recommend this place. I try the patronize African-American businesses always but this one takes the cake and test my nerves...

I went there yesterday with a friend of mine and we enjoyed myself. The waitress was very attentive. I ate the fish, cabbage and the potatoes were seasoned good, cornbread was good but you could tell it was Jiffy and not homemade. The lemonade was good also. I will come back again. I hope that I will have the same waitress.M

The food was nasty and it was overpriced not a lot on the food on the buffet line to be a buffet dinner. I wasted my money today. I can cook better than that.will not be back. Ugh. The corn bread was hard cold and crumbled up. The macaroni was not real baked mac and chesse. Just noodles with cheese sprinkled on top. The ribs was overcooked and hard. The dessert was store bought and nasty. The carpet was dirty and dusty. The cashier did not even have an receipt to give me. This place is a definite thumbs down for me. I would have been better off going to Golden Corral. This place needs to be evaluated.

Food is DISGUSTING! the only thing good was the mashed potatoes.. My family spent over 70 dollars for 4 people and there was NO music . Food was taken up and didn’t ask if i was finished. we ate 2 plates and didn’t get drinks until we were asking them several times or even about to choke. Customer service is TERRIBLE , will not be back here again & I advise others to not come as well. If you know how to cook , do that. Golden Corral is better honestly .

What a waste of time and money. The Sunday soul food buffet - if you can even call it that - was incredibly disappointing. It was more like cafeteria style. I asked the lady fixing plates if there was meat in the baked beans and she said no (I don’t eat beef or pork) so I got some. My first bite was a huge chunk of ground beef. I waited for the BBQ chicken to be replaced, but it never happened. I ended up eating the fish, which was just okay, and the macaroni and cheese, in which the pasta was over cooked. The desserts tasted storebought and stale. The building itself was dirty and not well-kept. Wrinkled tablecloths, watered-down vinegar, Country Time lemonade. Fine dining? As if. Won’t be going back. Ever. Save yourself $18 and go somewhere else.
