Taco Bell

I'm a delivery driver and have picked up at this Taco Bell several times in the past it has not been a good experience, with very long wait lines and a lot of confusion. However, there is a new drive-up person I believe her name is shante and she is very organized and accurate while filling the orders. There is still a bit of a wait but knowing they're short-staffed should be understandable she makes up with this with her efficiency and kindness.

I have had both good and bad experiences here. Mainly good experiences though. I have received fresh food and polite and cheerful employees, and have experienced the opposite with either cold food or incorrect orders and rude employees. Thankfully the good outweighs the bad here in my opinion, as the rude employees and bad service isn't as frequent as the good. The one constant is the line does get long and take longer than most other fast food restaurants. Being that my food has been hot and correct even with a long line, I do not believe the length of the line has bearing on quality of food prep and service. If you're in a hurry, don't go to restaurants such as this or plan ahead. I've waited in lines just as long and slow at McDonald's, Wendy's, and pretty much any fastfood restaurant. It depends on the time of day, which is why I mentioned PLANNING AHEAD. If it's breakfast/lunch/dinner time, you aren't the only person hungry, allow time for that. Over-all, decent, clean and friendly enough place to eat.

Should be zero stars. The drive through is ridiculously long. At 2:44 pm and presumably the entire time they are "open", the doors are locked. I understand there are labor issues, but there was NO SIGNAGE saying DINING ROOM CLOSED. On the contrary, it said DINE-IN OPEN. But the doors were locked. A man, maybe the manager/owner is just sitting in the corner of the dining room. He acknowledged that I tried to go inside, but pointed to the drive thru. POINTED TO THE DRIVE THRU. It would literally take a piece of paper and post on the door that the dine-in is closed, but he is too lazy to do even that. Taco Bell isn't worth the wait, especially when they only take one order at a time, prep/cook it, and then take another order once the previous was done.

Sometimes they can't take card and can only take cash and they don't put up a sign or let anyone know. They do tell you once you are stuck in the drive-thru line and it's too late to get out. I had to go back to work without getting food because I was stuck in their line and not able to get anything. Word to the wise, it's a 50/50 chance that you will be able to get food at this location.

Restaurant lobby is closed. Went through drive thru to order and was instructed to pull around and park. Food brought out and basically dumped in car. Missing item. Had to beat on door to get anyone to come out and acknowledge me. Just an awful restaurant. Worth driving across town to a different taco bell.

Ordered the Chalupa Deluxe kit and got 3 of the 5 items. This is after I asked the employee if everything was in the bag and not only did she not even check but then lied about it. Typical service by a poorly ran business which has become the norm for Taco Bells. This location will never see another penny of my money.

I ordered doordash. Thinking it would be nice to have some tacos. I ordered a Variety Pack of Tacos. 2 beef crunchy, 4 beef soft tacos and 6 nacho cheese beef tacos. What did I get? 2 beef tacos that barely looked like beef, and the rest were filled with carne asda meat. While some people may like the upgrade, I in fact can't eat it because it's too salty. Coming from someone who grew up on Taco Bell tacos throughout the 90's. A carne asda nacho cheese taco? Seriously? This 8s why you don't cut corners. I'm not just some person ordering doordash. I work just like you do. Where do we draw the line? Pictures are on Google photos. I just want it fixed. That's all.
